BUT WHEN WE GET THERE THERE NO TRIBABLE DE NO VO COURT EVER MADE

WHILE THE SAME ARE FILING IN THE TN  THE TN .CRIMINAL COURT APPEALS   AND ASKING THE AQUESTION CAN CRIMINAL COURT MY CASE FROM A CITY LIMITS? CITIES ARE CIVIL

We just won our 14th mandated order in January citis are civil. Which mean where are no cops in the city limits!

         I did not say it the Tn.                supreme court said it  ,               but no one is listetening.

In May ttwo of three  hamilton county, Tn.  criminal court refunded $1800,00 from fines charged over twenty five years of false arrests.

In June 22,2016 the Tn. criminal appeals order driving in Tn. is a civil right and not a privelege . While anything doing with it must go to circuit court.

 On August 13,2016 Tn. criminal appeals order that a follower of mine call Jemerey Shinn from Chattanooga case from a arrest of coke pills and pot was a city ordinates max. civil fine of fifty dollar can be given

But the first offence is five dollars no court cost or appeal cost and a right to a jury trial at no additional cost.

 While at the same time said        Tn. civil court appeals is the        court to hear this case from        city court. just like my 14 cases

  At the same time the case was dismiss for non jurisdiction. But the criminal court will not listen to the order.

What does this mean will pot ,coke,pills and every thing else is legal in all cities limits in tn.

6.learn that lower court do not listen to higher courts

7. learn that there are civil prisoners in county jails!

With this in mind I appeal from the criminal court erroneously because they did not accept any indigent forms only a $500.chash BOND was acceptablet from a poor person to both appeal courts in Knoxville with the Tennessee criminal Court of Appeals saying cities are civil must go to circuit court with the decisions of  Chattanooga vs. Myers and the city of Chattanooga v Davis to back it up with.

The Tennessee civil court appeals issued an order saying there are four ways to get to their court but coming from a criminal court is not one of them and has no jurisdiction.

Oct. 1, 2012 Hamilton County Chanecey Court refused to have a declaritory judgement hearing after it was proved under close doors that no one arrested in the city court who goes to appeal as no real appeal and all the public officals are involved.
